Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory, located in Dongguan China. Warmly welcome your visiting at any time.
Q2: Can I order a sample to check quality first?
Yes. We trust most business start from small quantity. And we always pay much attention to quality;
Q3: May I customize special color for products?
Yes. We encourage our customers with differentiation. MOQ 2,000pcs,we can make any colors for you.
Q4:Can I use my own logo for products?
Sure.One color, MOQ 500pcs, logo cost USD50; Order 2000pcs, no additional cost;Two colors, MOQ 500pcs,logo cost USD100; Order 1000pcs, logo cost USD30; Order 4000pcs,no additional cost.
Q5: If it is OK to design my own package?
Yes. MOQ 2000pcs,package cost USD800;
Order 10000pcs,no additional cost;
Special package like Wooden case/ Crystal box/ Carton box should be discussed depends on detailed requirements.
Q6: What is your product warranty?
Benzo focus on the high quality lithium battery, so we offer 1 year warranty. Any defective parts can be exchanged for free.
2 ways to select: You can bring effective parts to exchange in our factory when you visit China; We send you new parts by express, you just need take images or videos to prove the defective parts.
Q7:What are your payment terms and methods?
For sample order, we require 100% payment in advance;
For bulk order, we require 30% in advance(for custom goods, we require 50% in advance) and balance should be finished before shipment.
We accept payment by Paypal, Western union, T/T, etc.
Q8: Do you offer free samples?
Normally we do not offer free samples, but if we are doing a promotion, we may offer. Please check with our sales person.
Q9: How your company control the quality?
We check via professional equipments like temperature measuring device/Short circuit detector/TAC-STICK...Before sending out, each products will be tested again all function and performance.
Q10: Do you have any certification for products?
Our products passed CE ROHS FCC. If you need other certification, we are pleased to coordinate and cost can be afforded after communication.
Q11: What is the lead time?
For sample order, need 5-7 working days; 2,000pcs,15-20 working days to deliver.
Q12: Which kind of package do you have?
We provide you with neutral package, or with our Benzo logo, or OEM packing.
Q13: What are the shipping ways?
Our goal is to find the fastest/safest/cheapest way for clients. For small quantity, we suggest shipping by air or door-to-door express, DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT… Shipping by sea is cheaper in large quantity if you 're not hurry.
