Lithium batteries are lightweight, offer a high energy density, and they’re very safe when treated correctly. For the sake of this answer I’ll compare them to a couple of other common chemistries.

Lithium polymer battery capacity:

Since the polymer battery can be of any size, it has no standard shape. The general volume is marked as long * wide * thick. The polymer is determined by the size of the volume, and is also related to the ratio of the lithium raw material.
